Staff is extremely helpful and kind, each and every one of them, the atmosphere is very familial. Restaurant is great, we had almost all our meals there. Nice atmosphere and delicious food, and we always got a surprise like a small desert or a drink. Beach is sandy but little bit windy with waves. But it was perfect for us because the weather was so hot that it would be unbearable without the wind.There is also a sideway along the beach which is great for jogging, walking, etc. The pool area is also great. We were staying in split level vila which is very comfortable. Our favorite place was balcony with a view at the pool area and sea, where we could watch beautiful sunsets. All in all, we had a great and relaxing stay there.

We had a wonderful time at Aegean Houses and will definitely return. Everything about our stay was excellent, there wasn’t a single thing we didn’t enjoy. There are rooms with private pools which is very good for the kids. The beach is just a short walk away, with plenty of options for sunbeds. You can either rent them directly or enjoy free use at the beach clubs when you order food and drinks. The hotel’s restaurant is also reasonably priced, and the food quality is very good. We originally booked for one night due to limited availability, but we enjoyed it so much that we came back the next day and extended our holiday for three more nights. We truly wanted to spend more time in Kos, and especially at Aegean Houses.
