Everything was brand new, very modern, and the room had a beautiful view of the sea. The room itself was really comfortable, with a huge window, and the service was especially attentive. We really liked it because even the TV channels were available in German, and we were welcomed with a small bottle of wine and two bottles of water, plus all the toiletries. There was also a beach bag, and I especially want to mention that the breakfast was wonderful, with lots of delicious Greek specialties and a wide variety of options for every taste. The spa was also fantastic; I treated myself to a massage, and the quality was very professional and excellent. The beach that belonged to the hotel was also lovely, with a great view, and overall, I can only recommend it.

We felt at home in this hotel, and were serviced by the most friendly and hard working staff and management. The room was spacious and extremely clean, the views were extraordinary, the breakfast was delicious with daily change of products. The pool is supersized, and we always found an umbrella and available seats. The staff was great, professional and friendly at the same time. We really loved our family stay and will come back for sure!

Located 180 metres from the famous Foinikounta Beach in Messinia, the white-washed Viva Mare features a swimming pool. Absolutely one of the best places we have stayed. Perfect location to main street and beach. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Can not wait to get back here.

Quiet, relaxing, clean Nice restaurant for breakfast/dinner on site Maria was very welcoming and helpful with everything- including late checkout without extra charge. Wonderful and diverse beaches just a few minutes drive from the resort.
