El Akti Taygetos - Conference Resort está situado a los pies del monte Taigeto, en el corazón del golfo de Mesenia. So, the hotel was really great, and we even got a free upgrade. Everything was brand new, very modern, and the room had a beautiful view of the sea. The room itself was really comfortable, with a huge window, and the service was especially attentive. We really liked it because even the TV channels were available in German, and we were welcomed with a small bottle of wine and two bottles of water, plus all the toiletries. There was also a beach bag, and I especially want to mention that the breakfast was wonderful, with lots of delicious Greek specialties and a wide variety of options for every taste. The spa was also fantastic; I treated myself to a massage, and the quality was very professional and excellent. The beach that belonged to the hotel was also lovely, with a great view, and overall, I can only recommend it.

The room, although compact, was beautifully furnished and well-equipped, with a private balcony offering a stunning view over the harbour, nearby beaches, and even the Dimitrios shipwreck in the distance. The hotel’s facilities exceeded our expectations. Everything feels top-class, it fully deserves its high rating and justifies the price. What impressed us even more was the level of quality in every detail, from the premium in-room amenities to the high-end bathroom products. Nothing felt ordinary or overlooked. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options. The staff were attentive and friendly, offering freshly squeezed orange juice or eggs cooked to order, which added a personal touch. The pool area was also very pleasant. In short, we had an amazing stay that surpassed our expectations, and I would absolutely choose this hotel again.
