Everything :) Location is perfect, view from the balcon, rooms are big and very comfortable. Food in the restorant was great,variety of different meals. Beach is wonderfull,good organized. Surrounded by lush greenery, Perdika Hotel offers rooms with balcony and free Wi-Fi access within walking distance of Karavostasi beach. It has a pool with poolside bar, and a restaurant. Everything was perfect and we really couldn't ask more for our outstanding holiday! We feel like good friends with the owner family and very glad to come back every year whenever it's possible. This hotel is a wonderful mix of typical greek hospitality and good confort for sea-loving guests. The Epirus region is fantastic with marvelous secret crystal-clean beaches and nice cities with a pretty good night life, but quite and not so busy. The smiling and efficient staff members of the hotel are happy to take care of you in case of need. The pool is very very nice. But I would also recommend the "to Perivoli" taverna that serves a great variety of excellent local traditional dishes, always fresh and tasty. It really lacks nothing for a perfect greek holiday stay!

It’s freshly built and situated in a quiet village. You are greeted on arrival by the most friendly host who spoke excellent English! The junior suite was incredibly stunning! The bonus of your own private jacuzzi tub when you open the door is a treat! The room was immaculate and is turned around daily by the maid with fresh bed sheets and towels. The rainfall shower is luxurious and all the fixings throughout are high end. The room had cooking facilities and a fridge and we were served a delicious breakfast in the morning! The pool is stunning with bonus jets and at night looks stunning with the lights! It was very peaceful and I felt well rested in the most stunning surroundings.

We had a wonderful one-week stay at this beautiful maisonette in Sivota. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The location was perfect – quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk from the harbor, restaurants, and beaches. We especially enjoyed the spacious terrace with its lovely views, the ideal spot for morning coffee or evening wine. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and attentive, making us feel right at home. We would happily return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sivota.

The 5 bedroom house can accomodate up to 10 persons and there are 2 separate bathrooms and an additional shower. The kitchen is fully equiped. The yard is awesome with 2 parking spaces, covered, a large garden and a great pool. Thr garden is very intimate. Our host was very thouthfull and answered to all our questions, being available almost immediately. It is a greatplace to come back!

The family that hosted us was super friendly and they even gave us a homemade dessert, since it was a religious day in Syvota. The property was super clean and in a great location... close to the center but still very private and quiet. We highly recommend this property.

Featuring an outdoor pool, garden and restaurant, beachfront Hotel Mikros Paradisos is located in Syvota. Beautiful gardens. Lots of areas in the garden to be a bit secluded and enjoy both sun and shade. Nice food for evening meals. Great views of the bay. Access to large beach just next door as well as a small entry point into the sea right from the resort. The areas around the accommodation were very well kept and nicely landscaped. A/C in the room was very good and the beds were very comfortable.
