But, the best thing about this place is it’s amazing staff, they are so welcoming and friendly, they will treat you like family. They gave us a lot of tips about where to go and how to get there, they always welcomed us back with a smile, a cold towel and a clean room.

We are so glad we decided to book this hotel because we didnt know Flores and thought that maybe not staying in Flores wasn't a good idea... but couldnt be more happy. Flores is caotic so having this oasis just a boat away for us was the best choice. We rested in a double room with two gigantic beds... swam in the pool, relaxed in the hotel and then they offer boat transfer to Flores at no cost. LUXURY TOTAL. But the best of the hotel is the staff. They are ALL VERY VERY KIND AND HELPFUL. There is also clothing cleaning at not cost.

I have an autistic boy who enjoys seeing the sunset at Peten Itza Lake. I'm really thankful to all the staff who made my son's dream of having a campfire near the lake while enjoying the sunset.
