The Hotel comprises 206 rooms and suites, an Executive Lounge with outdoor terrace, a deli, bar and restaurant all surrounded by lush abundant greenery, 2 meeting rooms with natural daylight, 24-hrs gym and a large 25 m outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi. We met Edith at the front desk. She was very helpful and informative. She showed us how to get around the area. Spoke good English and very friendly too. The hotel is exceptional-we love the room very clean and also the bed is so comfy compared to other hotels. She also upgraded our room from 6th floor to 10th floor ( I guess she noticed that we love to take pictures) - we appreciated that, thanks Edith! Hotel is situated in the Citygate outlet mall. Walking distance to transportation terminal (bus, taxi, train). Just a 3 mins walk to the Ngong Ping 360 Cable car Terminal. Thanks also to Jay who helped us with our luggage and Ed who advised us to better take the bus to Macau …. Thanks guys for your hospitality! We really enjoyed our stay

Designed by famous local architects, the stylish Hotel ICON enjoys harbour views in Tsim Sha Tsui East Kowloon. It presents a rooftop outdoor heated pool, pampering spa services and a health club. Certified with the Indoor Environment Quality, the hotel implemented with additional hygiene measures, including UV light installed air conditioning system and negative air pressure ventilation system for all guest rooms. We loved our stay! We booked two double rooms with partial harbor view. At check in they gave us two connecting rooms in that category seeing that we were a family. We really appreciated that. The view was absolutely amazing, the rooms spacious and spotless, the breakfast had many options and was tasty and the staff was helpful and friendly. We loved that we had complimentary minibar in the room and small gifts for Christmas were a nice touch. The location is also great, clean and safe area, lots of good food options just a few steps from the hotel. We really enjoyed everything about our stay and would definitely stay here again when in HK.

The WIRED Business Centre provides computer workstations and secretarial services. Wonderful hotel which is located in Tsim Sha Tsui, best night scene and super comfortable bed! You can go downstairs to enjoy shopping/foods at Elements and walk 10mins to M+ museum. It's also convenient to walk surrounded to Canton Road. I'll choose W every time when I go business travel.

Guests can also stay in shape at the fitness centre, or get professional services at the business centre. Andie Cheung, Front desk manager, enabled a quick and pleasant check in. Upon request, Andie converted a King bed into 2 beds. Very professional. Wilson greeted me at the airport. I knew my stay would be a pleasant one after meeting up with Wilson. Warm welcoming. Jimmy, the driver, brought me to the hotel in a clean car providing water route. it was a plodrive from the airport to the hotel.

Great location in Central Hong Kong. Spotlessly clean and room type reserved was spacious and very comfortable. Excellent, professional and very attentive staff. Great HK and harbor view from the room. Aubrey bar & restaurant is great on the 25th floor.

The best yet was the services. Very lovely and attentive staff not to mention the amazing facilities and view of the harbour. It was my first time in Hong Kong and my accomodation was one of highlights of my travels. Thanks.

It's close to the metro station and the star ferry station. The facility is also very good. The staffs are helpful and friendly. The room is big enough, especially in HK.
