Located in Suđurađ and only 1.2 km from Suđurađ Beach, Villa Ljubica provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. A sauna is available for guests, along with a hot tub. The holiday home features family rooms. If I could give a 11 star rating, I would, so let's just try to sum up everything about this wonderful, amazing place. Don't be confused about (so far) small number of reviews, this was their first summer after the extensive rennovation. PRO TIP #1: Do not book an accommodation in Dubrovnik and visit the surroundings from there, book it here and visit Dubrovnik from here. It's super easy and affordable, there are several public transport speedboats a day and I guarantee you won't find a nicer place and nicer hosts. This level of hospitality we haven't experienced anywhere, not even close. The house itself is amazing, it has been carefully restored to reflect the historical heritage, while having all the modern amenities you might need. Believe me, the pictures can’t fully describe how gorgeous everything is. But what makes it truly special is the wonderful hosts, endlessly nice and kind and there for you at any moment. They met us with a more than nice meal after our trip, they go out of their way to prepare something different (and utterly delicious) for breakfast every morning, using fresh, local and homemade ingredients (they are the family of professional fishermen, it doesn’t get fresher and more local than this). There were two other couples staying there and the hostesses felt sorry for us on a stormy evening (so no one could go to one of fantastic restaurants in the village) and they prepared a fantastic three-course dinner for all of us. PRO TIP #2: The house is on the hill and is easily accessible by car, but the road is very steep at some places, which could be a bit problematic if you have a lower car with a longer wheelbase (I’m not sure I could’ve made it with my old Alfa 159). In that case, it might be smarter to leave the car parked (for free, I believe) at the ferry port, and the hosts will be happy to pick you up there.

This apartment also offers a patio that doubles up as an outdoor dining area. This apartment is allergy-free and non-smoking. Loved the location—close to the port yet quiet and peaceful. The steps to the apartment weren’t an issue, just something to be aware of. The garden is beautiful, full of vines, fruit trees, and flowers—such a relaxing space. Animal lovers will enjoy the friendly dog and adorable tortoises. Hospitality was outstanding, with thoughtful homemade touches like welcome cake and lemonade. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and the bed was super comfy. The balcony is spacious and perfect for soaking up the sun or watching the sunset. A true highlight of the stay! Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony, Apartment Dino is located in Lopud Island. The 3-star apartment has city views and is 100 metres from Lopud Beach. Providing free WiFi throughout the property, the allergy-free apartment features a hot tub. We loved everything here, but mainly the balcony! Our hosts were lovely as well - we got pancakes and fresh lemonade on arrival! We would definitely return.

Boasting a Blu-ray player, the spacious apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave, a living room with a seating area and a dining area, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom with a hot tub and a bidet. The unit is air conditioned and is comprised of a terrace with an outdoor dining area as well as a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. We had a lovely warm welcome from the family with freshly made lemonade and pancakes. A welcome treat. There were three of us and we stayed in the Villa Aska apartment and Dino apartment. Both are beautiful! We enjoyed both the garden patio for breakfast and the balcony for evening drinks. The family is wonderful - kind and extremely helpful with great recommendations for where to eat and what to do. We had a blissful stay on the island.
