The rooftop is huge and amazing. In the apartment, the furnishings are modern, comfortable and very functional.

Everything was perfect here - the host Martina was great. She met us with the keys to show us around, and also helped arrange taxis etc when required. She also called one day to say she had been baking and left us an amazing tomato and olive bread! The villa was amazing. Lovely and clean inside, but the outside was the highlight - so much space and all sorts going on. There is an outdoor kitchen with fridge and dishwasher right next to the huge BBQ (which we made loads of use of). There's 3 different sets of tables and chairs, and loads of sunbeds. The front of the property goes right to the sea where you can swim or paddleboard (they had 3 paddleboards that we could use) and hear right out to sea. We enjoyed paddleboarding to the Old Town and the other nearby islands. The location was great too. Nice and quiet where we were with lovely views across the water, but only 10 minutes walk to the Old Town which is a lovely place to visit with all sorts to do. All in all, it was a perfect holiday, and we would love to come back some time in the future.

This is an absolutely gorgeous villa with a stunning view onto the sea and Adriatic islands. It has direct sea access just meters away, two beautiful terraces and a pool! We were a group of 8 people and we really liked having as many as five bedrooms. That was absolutely perfect for us, and probably more important than anything else. Two bedrooms are upstairs and three are downstairs. They actually have separate entrances and most of them have separate bathrooms so it was all very private and relaxed for us all. The view from the upstairs terrace is just phenomenal. We wish we could have stayed longer so we could also have made use of the fabulous massive outdoor wood-fired brick oven. We had a brilliant time!!

It is a 25 minutes drive to Korčula town and its historical cultural background dating back to old Roman times. The host is cordial, offering with this establishment the feel of home while on vacation, in addition to luxury of the apartment and beauty of the landscape. The people taking care of the apartment are real gems and are most responsive to any of your needs! One cannot ask for more! I highly recommend High View apartment!

Great property with wonderful and welcoming owners. We loved our stay here and would recommend Villa Franziska to anyone visiting Korčula. The knives in the kitchen were very sharp! Very happy with that. The owners were very helpful and got us extra towels and sheets when we asked for them. Thank you very much.

The location is perfect and the amenities are fabulous. It's a short walk into beautiful Korcula town (10 min stroll) and the villa is set on the most gorgeous bay. There are so many activities at the house, kayaks, bikes, lawn tennis, table tennis, pool, swimming, a hot tub, foosball, outdoor kitchen, gym, PS5, TVs in every room, outdoor kitchen, sun loungers on multiple terraces and Adriatic swimming right on the doorstep. We spent hours watching the fish congregate took lovely dips in the sea (in OCTOBER!!). There was AC in every room and the kitchen and pantry was well stocked. All four bathrooms had Ritual amenities. Ivan our host was so helpful and was available when we had questions and had the best recommendations. He helped us arrange a super fun boat tour of the surrounding islands. I highly recommend this place.

Villa Desire se găsește la 8 minute de mers pe jos de Plaja Ratak și are WiFi gratuit, o piscină în aer liber și parcare privată gratuită. The villa is beautiful, superbly furnished and such amazing views. The photos of the roof top terrace and pool don’t do it justice! There is also a small sunbathing and swimming platform on the rocks directly below the villa. Would highly recommend
