All in all a very good stay. Very quiet, lovely natural surroundings.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was kind, discreet, and always ready to help, without ever being intrusive. The quality of service was exceptional, whether at the restaurant, the spa or with room service. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of — from the perfectly prepared breakfast or meals to the small touches in our room that showed how much they care about their guests' comfort.  One moment that really touched us was when they surprised our son with a small chocolate egg as a thank-you for his kindness and sweet comments — such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. There was a calm, family-like atmosphere throughout our stay, and yet the level of service was truly high-end. It is rare to find a place that combines warmth and professionalism so effortlessly. We left feeling relaxed, grateful, and already looking forward to coming back.  We will surely recommend this place to friends and family.
