This was our second time staying here, and once again, we were very satisfied. The services remain consistently excellent. We would especially like to highlight the hotel manager, Ivana, who takes great care of every guest to ensure they feel as comfortable as possible. The breakfast offers a very pleasant and varied selection, as does the dinner buffet. Many thanks to the entire staff for a wonderful stay – we’ll be happy to come back again!

Third time staying, the staff and overall feel never disappoint. I'd like to that Laura (host/receptionist) for being positively sneaky by booking us a room right next to our family that was also staying in the hotel (we did not make any plans beforehand).

Complet renovat în anul 2018, Hotelul Heritage Imperial beneficiază de o locație excelentă în centrul orașului Opatija, la doar câțiva pași de plaja Slatina. Everything in this hotel was great. Room was clean, staff was very nice, food was so delicious, wellnes zone was nice, clean and calm. It would be great if the parking was free for hotel guests but it's not free anywhere so that's okay. Other than that we were very happy with everything and would like to come back.

The Isolano, Adults Friendly Resort, Autograph Collection se găsește în Cres, la câțiva pași de Plaja Melin, și are un bar și parcare privată. The Croatian platter with the cheeses and meats was fantastic. The shots of beetroot and ginger were a great touch. All staff were exceptional

Located right on the seafront, brand new (only one year old), modern, and finished to the highest standard. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless — we left our car at the entrance and a staff member parked it in the underground garage. Early check-in was provided, and our room was spacious with a huge bathroom featuring a tropical shower and bathtub. High-quality toiletries were available in generous amounts. We even had a clothes steamer and a coffee machine in the room — every detail was thought through. After I accidentally stained the bedding, housekeeping kindly replaced it the next day — no questions asked. We truly appreciated that. And the breakfast — absolutely next level! Everything fresh, premium quality, with an amazing variety (even truffle salami!). Plus, à la carte options — we had eggs Benedict with salmon, and even champagne and smoothies were available. So much to choose from, and everything was delicious. No crowds, just a relaxing atmosphere inside or on the terrace. The staff deserve a special mention — incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. 💫 Highly recommend this hotel — we will definitely be back!
