A very nice hotel in a historic building with high-ceiling rooms that really add to the luxury setting. Excellent service and superb 5 star breakfast (the quality of food and all the choices were beyond expectations, plus there is champagne). We liked it so much that we ended up coming back for another night at the end of our trip!

Croatia has immense potential, but what it often lacks is consistent, professional hospitality management. This stay confirmed my belief: Croatia needs more facilities managed by international hotel groups. The difference in service quality, attention to detail, and overall experience is striking. With more properties operated at this level, Croatia could genuinely become a pearl of the Mediterranean, not just in beauty but also in service excellence. I liked the place. I liked how it ran. And I left convinced that this is the way forward.

The hospitality and service of this hotel are rivaling even the Hilton hotels. This was the best stay I ever had. Friendly, helpful, professional, always approaching their guests with a smile. The rooms are so beautiful, spacious, and modern. The view was incredible. I got a room upgrade from city view to sea view, and it was just beautiful. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings and watching the sunset. The spa facility was amazing as well. Nice pool, terace where you could lay in the sun. For breakfast, there were various things you could choose. I am grateful that gluten-free bread was an option. I will definitely come back again to this hotel without a doubt.
