Everything was perfect! The place is beautiful, with outstanding food. The hotel, the rooms, the pools, and the overall cleanliness were all exceptional. Most of all, Dora at the front desk was incredibly helpful!

It is best to drive, else need to walk 1.1km from the train or bus station. Room is spacious and clean, with complete amenities (except toothbrush and paste). One can leave the luggage before check-in and after checkout. Staff is friendly & able to converse in English. There are lifts, which is good for those with big luggage. Breakfast from 0700-1000hr & dinner 1800-2130hr. Both are buffet style, with good varieties, especially lots of fruits. I enjoyed using the spa and wellness centre, with thermal pools to soak and relax. One can have a nice stroll behind the apartment, which leads to the iconic Keszthely sign. Overall, I am very happy to stay here.

Offering a free indoor pool and a free spa centre, Hotel Zena Beauty & Shopping Center is situated in Hévíz, 600 metres from Thermal Lake Heviz. I had a truly wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. The location was ideal — close to major attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality.

Tokajer Wellness Panzió is located 650 metres from Lake Balaton a 10-minute walk from the beach, offering a fitness room, an indoor pool and 2 seasonal outdoor pools, all free for guests. Lovely place, nice breakfast, we relaxed in the hot tub a lot. The location is great, really close to the lake. We liked our room and the staff was great. You can take bikes for free which is great (you only need to leave a deposit but it was like 20euros which was fine)

Bonvital Hotel Hévíz Superior Adults Only is located 250 metres from Thermal Lake and boasts a free spa and wellness centre with sauna. Wi-Fi is provided for free. The property is pet friendly. Everything was spotlessly clean. Even the spa and the bathrooms by the restaurant. The cleaning staff is exceptional. The variety and the quality of the food was amazing for a 4 star hotel. Great breakfast and very nice dinner with plenty of options, everything looked fresh and was tasty. Attentive, flexible and professional staff. The spa has a very good atmosphere, well-organized, smells amazing and the staff regularly checked temperature and cleaness. Warm pool and jacuzzi with a variety of saunas, plenty of sunbeds and massage service you can take advantage of. The rooms are spacious, comfortable bed and linen.

In the middle of a 17 hectare estate, close to the Lake Héviz, this 4-story hotel offers traditional Hungarian Hévizi treatments, a beauty and hair salon. Great hotel. Dinner and breakfast were amazing. Had a nice massage, though we forgot to book ahead and only one of us were able to be massaged. Great service. Nice pools.

The whole experience was really comfortable, especially traveling with a 6 month old. They offer everything you could possibly need having a baby. It’s a great escape but it’s also next to town where you can take a nice walk or take a short drive to the lake.

The staff is extremely nice - we had a small issue when we arrived (our son threw up on the back seat) and they provided us with all the tools we needed to get our car clean again. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome and washed and dried the dirty clothes for us, which obviously was a very kind gesture. I think everyone can find something good to eat at their breakfast table. But hey we are talking about Hungary and there you can only get good food :)
