The hotel was in a very convenient location close to all major attractions, and in a very quiet street. The room was tastefully decorated and was very clean and cozy. It had all the necessary amenities, including free tea and coffee. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of food. The wellness center was a great addition and we made full use of the jacuzzi, a great way to relax after a day of strolling. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Overall, a highly recommendable hotel. Nothing short of perfect.

Mystery Hotel Budapest, Preferred Hotels & Resorts is a historically themed luxury hotel located in the 6th district in downtown Budapest, in an eclectic palace built in the 19th century. This 5-star hotel offers free WiFi and in-house spa and wellness area. Hungarian State Opera is 900 m away and St. Stephen's Basilica is a 15-minute walk from the hotel. Facilities exceeded our expectations, our room was compact but cozy and had everything we needed, good coffee machine, a welcome fruit plate and chocolates, and a nice mini bar with (not so expensive) snacks. The spa was everything we needed after a long day of walking around, we booked a massage which was amazing! Breakfast options are enough and tasty (the hall is very beautiful spot). The roof bar had nice cocktails and good dinner options.

It's was cozy, rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was good as it was easy to travel to all the famous places. Friendly staff and delicious food.
