Our room was huge, we had everything we needed, and the staff here were exceptional. They checked with us every day if we needed something. We only had a few requests but they tended to them immediately. The location was also perfect - outside of the busy center but super close to a bus stop, tram stop, and metro stop, with shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

Situated in Budapest, a 5-minute walk from the Great Market Hall, Hotel Memories OldTown offers a wellness area with a fitness centre. Can’t fault this hotel. The room was beautiful, spacious and full of character. Great position near Metro and shops and ruin bars an easy walk.

Mystery Hotel Budapest, Preferred Hotels & Resorts is a historically themed luxury hotel located in the 6th district in downtown Budapest, in an eclectic palace built in the 19th century. Facilities exceeded our expectations, our room was compact but cozy and had everything we needed, good coffee machine, a welcome fruit plate and chocolates, and a nice mini bar with (not so expensive) snacks. The spa was everything we needed after a long day of walking around, we booked a massage which was amazing! Breakfast options are enough and tasty (the hall is very beautiful spot). The roof bar had nice cocktails and good dinner options.

We loved everything here: the vibe when you walk in, the musical theme that plays throughout, and the welcoming staff not just at the front desk but in the restaurant for breakfast, Matthew and Jason looked after us each morning, and they were great, the staff on the rooftop, remembering your drinks and getting them for you, everything about this place was great and is a definite 5-star hotel, close to some great restaurants including bestia which was also awesome!! I short would 100% stay here again if in Budapest. A note on Budapest itself was its a beautiful, clean and well looked after city that really surprised me, we were only here to start a river cruise but would visit for sure.
