Located among the hills and on the shore of Lake Hámori in Lillafüred, Hotel Palota Lillafured is set in a neo-renaissance castle built in 1930. Staff was friendly and professional. Location is awesome. The view. The garden. The variety of activities around the property. The gardener (who is a very friendly and knowledgeable person). The room was clean and spacious with large balcony.

We stayed at the panzio in December. It must be gorgeous in spring and summer with all the green in the neighborhood and the outdoor areas at the property.

Property is very close to downtown and easy to walk, the room is not the biggest but still a lot of space for two people. The host made it extremely clean and all you need is there. Host is great and even picked us up from the bus station and dropped us there. We are really appreciated for that. When we were there the weather was very hot and I met her daughter outside, she gave me her hair tie so I could put my hair up to be cooler 😊 very thoughtful!

I was pleasantly surprised by the gift from the owner: delicious wine and chocolate! We are very grateful for the hospitality! We have already advised our friends!

The little balcony was our favorite, we had our morning coffee with a breathtaking view!
