In the wellness I expected a steam cabin

We spent two days here and our goal was to cycle around Lake Fertő. The accommodation is an excellent starting point as it is located 50 meters from the bike path. Breakfast was perfect with very attentive service.

Stylish, cozy and beautiful accommodation in a quiet surrounding. Bungalows are very well equipped. We really appreciated the friendly, willing and kind staff. The food menu was very high quality, the breakfast was rich and varied and the food in the Möwe restaurant was excellent and delicious. We used the wellness, mini golf, trips on bikes provided by the resort not only within the resort area but also on local bike trails. This place offers a lot of options for spending time. We felt very comfortable and relaxed, we would love to come back here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. Kata was incredibly kind and welcoming host, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Our stay was short, but we would gladly return and highly recommend this place to anyone!

Hotel Sopron is excellently located on the border with Austria, about a 15-minute drive from Family Park. This hotel is especially family-friendly, offering a variety of facilities and services tailored for children, including a playroom, swimming pool, and a playground with exciting equipment.The service at the hotel is excellent, with the entire staff dedicated to providing a pleasant and welcoming experience. The breakfast is rich, fresh, and varied, providing a great start to the day.The hotel's spa area includes a dry sauna, wet sauna, a large jacuzzi, and relaxing massage treatments – all contributing to a tranquil and peaceful stay.In conclusion, the hotel is highly recommended and offers excellent value for money.

It's a place where you feel pampered by the staff from the receptionists to the hairdresser's and just to name one of them by Ruwanthika at breakfast. She is super attentive and thoughtful. You can enjoy yourself in this hotel to the full.

All receptionists were exceptionally friendly and explained everything perfectly, the staff checking room numbers for dinner was very nice and friendly, even remembered us and greeted us every time, there was a shorter bald staff member working at spa and around the hotel he was always very friendly, we spoke many times in the elevator, overall staff is exceptional. Bathrobes weren't in the hotel room so we asked at reception and they without hesitation gave them. The hotel, lobby, room and all facilities are freshly renovated, making a modern cozy vibe, the room was equiped with a smart tv (yt, netflix, all apps). Room service was very friendly, they didn't speak fluent english but regardless we understood each other, they have us any extra towels whenever needed. There was 3 decently sized fast elevators also renovated. Spa/wellness/gym were amazing, the pool has normal temperature of 26 degrees, jaccuzi is probably 30+ it's very warm and relaxing and has air bubbles, it said spa was for extra charge but it seemed always available to all hotel guests which was very nice. Dinner was REALLY tasty, the choice of food was small but regardless those dishes that were available were exceptional. We always left the dinner totally full. There was great choice of deserts aswell as fruit there was always watermelon which was really high quality. Breakfast was always same dishes but somehow we never got sick of it, every day we looked forward to going on breakfast and always ate a lot and again exceptionally tasty food, especially scrambled eggs were really good and always freshly made. There was 2 coffee machines with great coffee and milk available (also vegan milk like almond). There was free drinks available at breakfast, dinner offered paid drinks however they were inexpensive, very good and normal prices, they offered all sorts of non-alcoholic aswell as alcoholic drinks aswell as all sorts of coffee.

FOR A THREE STAR HOTEL IT IS EXCELLENT/WE THOUGHT THE MEALS WOULD BE POOR/ NOT AT ALL/ EXCELLENT BREAKFAST BUFFET/ WE DID NOT EAT A NOON . WE NEVER DO/ WE JUST WENT FOR DINNER/ THEY HAD MEAT VERY GOOD - CHICKEN , PORK WELL PREPARED/ VEGGETABLES AND EXCELLENT DESSERTS/ BRAVO IT SEEMS TO HAVE NO AC / BUT WE OPENED THE WINDOW AND WE WERE PROTECTED FROM THE MOSQUITOS........ WITH A SCREEN BUILT IN / BRAVO AGAIN AND THANK YOU/BEATIFUL LOCATION IN A FOREST. GREAT STAY!!!!!!
