Second time we stayed here, the hotel was fully booked due to valentine's but staff went the extra mile! Food was great ( however at dinner there were not a great selection for vegetarians, which didn't affect us, just mentioned as an observation) spa facilities were open later than usual which was also a bonus! We also had a small bottle of wine and some chocolate when we arrived! Great experience again.

Situated just 5 minutes from Budapest Ferihegy Airport, the Budapest Airport Hotel Stáció Superior offers airport transfer. Free Wi-Fi is provided. Parking is available. I was travelling alone with my 3 kids, so I loved the airport shuttle service as we had a short overnight stay before our flight the next day. We paid a bit extra, but it was more than worth it for the shuttle service and the excellent breakfast. Our flight was delayed and we arrived around 2am at the hotel. The reception were kind and welcoming, and I booked our shuttle for the airport for the next afternoon. 4 of us shared a good-sized room, which was lovely and quiet. We could see that the hotel had a great sized pool, which we would definitely utilise had we had a longer layover. The next morning, the kids ate until they were fit to burst. It was a small but plentiful breakfast made to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters. When I asked what time we needed to check out, the receptionist told me there was no rush and whatever time suited!

There was a big garden that was well maintained with lots of facilities. As the trees surrounding the garden are still small, we had the delight of looking out over the valley and the mountains plus castle on the other side of the water. And the host was quick at responding! Compliments for their hosting skills.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was lovely and the room was spacious. The kitchen was very convenient as we like our cups of tea and coffee. Breakfast was also lovely, plenty of choice. The pool area was also very nice and clean. The pool is a decent size for a nice swim, and there are three saunas too ... We enjoyed our stay and I am sure we will be back soon. Thank you 😊
