We came as a couple to celebrate our honeymoon, and I have to say everything was absolutely perfect — far beyond our expectations. Beyond the beauty of the hotel itself, the service from the staff was truly amazing. They surprised us with a flower-filled bath in our room, which was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture. We also joined a yoga class led by Putu, who not only shared his deep knowledge of yoga but also kindly offered to take photos for us, we left the class feeling so energized and connected. As vegans, we were deeply touched that the chef prepared a special vegan menu just for us. Every meal was delicious and carefully made. Highly, highly recommended

I loved EVERYTHING about Neano Escape. From arrival to departure, the entire staff was soo friendly & greeted me by name. They were all soo attentive, including the manager. Food was AMAZING & tasty. Great amenities & had an amazing massage at the spa. I also felt safe as a solo traveler. It was my birthday & the staff made it special. Already planning my trip back!

The resort was beautifully designed and fit really well into the surroundings. Our villa was great, with loads of space and lovely, open, green view from the pool. The spa was superb, with very genuine staff who went the extra mile. For example, Tria is an excellent masseuse and my wife went back twice to have sessions with her. The yoga hall is a spectacular but peaceful space, and the morning walk around the rice paddies with Norton was really stunning and interesting.
