The hotel is wonderful - Location: located right at Sanur harbor, you can easily walk to Sanur harbor to go to the islands such as Nusa,.. - Wifi 10/10 - Staff : 10/10 always cheerful, friendly, asking about the experience at the hotel and ready to help at any time (especially given a welcome dessert) - The room space is designed so romantically, we just need to lie on the bed and watch the sunrise (a wonderful experience). The swimming pool in the room design helps me enjoy sunbathing and reading wonderfully - Space and hygiene 10/10. Especially the scent in the room is extremely fragrant, making our minds extremely relaxed, smelling like in a relaxing spa It is worth the money we spent

Featuring garden views, Ocean Star Apartment Sanur features accommodation with balcony, around 800 metres from Segara Beach. With pool views, this accommodation offers a terrace and a swimming pool. The accommodation provides a hot tub, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. Clean and tidy, interior Bali beach vibe, very comfortable with a sofa, fantastic kitchenette with everything you need, large fridge, hot water, awesome lap pool was clean and cool, laundry avail to use. 5min walk through the back alley to reach best beach boardwalk area. Many food options close by; Ocean Star doesn't have a restaurant and many Spa option's also all walking distance. Bicycle and e scooter avail to hire from reception, i did both, was really fun.

With a private bathroom fitted with a rain shower and a hairdryer, certain bathrooms also feature a private garden view. The rooms at the accommodation have air conditioning and a walk-in wardrobe. Location, breakfast and staff was excellent. Exceptionally clean, very nice pool and facilities. Will be going back. Photos don't do the place justice. Looks even better in practice.

Both a bicycle rental service and a car rental service are available at the accommodation. The property has 3 villas with share pool. Our villa was Clean, comfortable and quiet. Very roomy, 3 bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms. We didn't try the pool, but the other guests used it regularly. The view of the ocean was amazing. We took a walk all the way to sanur beach a couple times, along the ocean on the walkway behind the property. One night we came back around 730 pm, it was dark and we used our cellphone for flashlights, it was fun and safe . We never felt threatened. The locals were pretty friendly. The staff were eager to help, they wanted to make sure we were happy there and didn't need anything. The villas mgr were there until 11pm in case any of the quests needed help and the security team on duty 24/7. The location was a bit outside the city and harder to find. But We used GRABfood a couple of times for snacks and dinner with no problem and taxi pickup to the airport. We enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing.

The measure of an accommodation quality for us is do things start annoying us during our stay. Great news after 10 days we loved the villa as much as the day we arrived. The staff are amazing.
