He was very kind, friendly & helpful; taking care of anything we needed including fixing the AC in one of the rooms promptly, & helping us arrange a snorkeling trip, bikes, & even a horse to help us get to the port for our departure boat. When we arrived at the Villa by horse and cart Ucup from the management team was waiting for us. He showed us around, provided information about the island, recommended things to do. Most importantly he provided his whatsapp number and was able to arrange anything we needed from more beers to e-bikes, even organising the horse and cart required to get us to the port for our boat back to lombok. The villa was clean, spacious, plenty of room, main bedroom has huge bathroom with a spa bath, has incredible amount of storage. It was just heaven and we are used to staying in high end hotels.
