We stayed for 4 nights and I can honestly say it is the best hotel we have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The service throughout was second to non and the rooms were fabulous. We visited the roof top bar which was superb with great views and a great atmosphere. We also visited Tom's by Tom Aitken and the experience here was so good that we visited twice during our short stay. Syaeful Abidin and his team made us feel special on both occasions and the food was amazing.

We can meet Indonesian National Team players at this hotel and got opportunities to direct interaction with them. The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place is located in the Golden Triangle at Jalan Sudirman. The hotel offers free WiFi, flat-screen TVs, an outdoor pool and a restaurant. The warm staff. They were very attentive and made you feel at home. I arrived late at night for check-in, and I was pleasantly surprised to enter my room to find out that they had run a bath for me and had left a hand written card from the staff!! Very sweet. Nothing I have experienced at other hotels.
