The facilities are top-notch, with everything from great breakfast to infinity pool making it perfect for both relaxation and activities. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

El lujoso hotel de 5 estrella Crowne Plaza Bandung goza de una ubicación estratégica, en el centro de Bandung, y dispone de piscina exterior. Staff were exceptional. Very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We were upgraded to a King room with lots of space and a great bathroom...including a bath with a view. Breakfast was exceptional and prices for dinner were very reasonable.

I was amazed by the personalized service I received with this great team. It started with them reaching out to me via Whatsapp offering to pick me up at the new high speed train station. Mr Nova was right outside the gate and had sent me his photo by WhatsApp. Upon arriving I was warmly greeted and personally walked to my room by Ms Iyang. Numerous times during my stay the staff checked on me when I passed through the beautiful campus. They also checking back with me via WhatsApp to see if I would need their complimentary car service to the Whoosh station. Beautiful location and facility but much more beautiful was the incredible service the staff extended to me - just a common business traveler in Bandung to meet with a client.

Perfect location, nearby restaurants for breakfast, complete utilities provided by the owner, they even provide snacks and drinks, mineral waters, and cooking utensils. We requested for extra bed cover and they deliver it to us shortly. Totally recommended!

We can say that this is the best villa we get so far. We're amazed by the facilities, the services, the hospitality we got during our stay. This villa offers a 5* hotel service, you can even ask for a maid too 😄 worth every penny! The pool and the whole interior are very clean & very good maintained. Keep it up!
