El The Papandayan ofrece un alojamiento lujoso de 5 estrellas en el centro de Bandung y cuenta con piscina al aire libre, instalaciones de fitness y spa de día. The staff was exceptionally hospitable and helpful. We booked for 2 rooms, and got different floors. Apparently, the 2 rooms were different room categories. The receptionists were super friendly and upgraded one of our rooms so we could be on the same floor with connecting rooms. The service was exceptional, and we are happy with our stay! Will definitely come back soon and try the breakfast!

Perfect location, nearby restaurants for breakfast, complete utilities provided by the owner, they even provide snacks and drinks, mineral waters, and cooking utensils. We requested for extra bed cover and they deliver it to us shortly. Totally recommended!
