Located in the integrated Trans Studio Bandung Complex, The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung offers modern rooms fitted with an iPod dock. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and exuded an elegant sense of class. The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and attentiveness throughout my stay. In particular, Miss Tania at the reception stood out with her remarkable professionalism and efficiency in accommodating our requests. I was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

The Papandayan offers 5-star luxury in Bandung’s city centre with an outdoor pool, fitness facilities and a day spa. I love the room ambience, how neat and clean looking it was. There was a bath tub that has a window facing the bedroom and the TV, with a curtain as well of course and wide shower as well. You also got complementary snacks inside the room, sofa with foot rest and table for work. My stay was on the 5th floor so they alsp provided the lounge and diner in there as well. The room style were also modern and fancy looking. So my wife and I loved it. Oh the fact they prepared a long pillow (bantal guling) made it perfect

Mason Pine Hotel Bandung boasts modern minimalist decorations and is surrounded by the beautiful Bandung scenic mountain range, Saguling lake, and rice paddies. I was amazed by the personalized service I received with this great team. It started with them reaching out to me via Whatsapp offering to pick me up at the new high speed train station. Mr Nova was right outside the gate and had sent me his photo by WhatsApp. Upon arriving I was warmly greeted and personally walked to my room by Ms Iyang. Numerous times during my stay the staff checked on me when I passed through the beautiful campus. They also checking back with me via WhatsApp to see if I would need their complimentary car service to the Whoosh station. Beautiful location and facility but much more beautiful was the incredible service the staff extended to me - just a common business traveler in Bandung to meet with a client.

Perfect location, nearby restaurants for breakfast, complete utilities provided by the owner, they even provide snacks and drinks, mineral waters, and cooking utensils. We requested for extra bed cover and they deliver it to us shortly. Totally recommended!
