I was the second time at Lumi and I just love it! When you drive around anf look at the hotels, Lumi is outstanding! There are many nice hotels but the vibe at Lumi is just wow! Love the pool,the food, the free bicycle rent, the beach area .. the cleaning personal does also a great job! Everyone is friendly. I would stay there again!

The staff and service was top shelf! We were immediately greeted with the most pleasant attentive people and continued throughout the entire stay. They were so helpful with arranging bicycles and anything we needed. The rules were extremely comfortable and the air-conditioning was amazing, but you can’t always say that with every hotel in the area. It is on the north side of the island so the quieter side. It is about a 20 minute walk to all the party in the action, so if that’s what you’re looking for it might be a bit far. It was perfect for us as our adult children would go off for the night and party, and we stayed on the beach and drank and watch the sunset and played cards. The pool is amazing and we loved everything about our day. They arranged our snorkelling private tour, which I highly recommend to be on a boat with 30 people almost the same price for four of us. The food for every meal was also amazing! People come to this hotel just for the restaurant. We loved it and the service.

The setup with two spas in front of our room was superb. The rooms were neat and and tidy and the showers had great hot water. The location was super close to the beach and all of the shops. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful.

The sunset view over the ocean from our room was breathtaking, and spotting Mount Agung during sunset was an unexpected delight. The room was spacious, with a large washroom area, and came stocked with so many complimentary items that you barely need to pack anything beyond your clothes. We were welcomed with a delicious cheesecake, which was such a thoughtful touch. The balcony doors made the room almost soundproof—despite a lively DJ party at the beach club, it stayed wonderfully quiet inside. The pool is stunning, with an exceptional design, and the food was excellent. The entire resort is simply beautiful, offering gorgeous views all around. Truly a memorable stay!
