The staff at the hotel is very friendly and always willing to help. The food in the restorant is great, as well as the breakfast.

Upon arriving, we were greeted by Suep, the villa keeper, with cold juice & some cookies. He was very kind, friendly & helpful; taking care of anything we needed including fixing the AC in one of the rooms promptly, & helping us arrange a snorkeling trip, bikes, & even a horse to help us get to the port for our departure boat.
