Featuring views of the lagoon, the rooms at Natra Bintan have a flat-screen TV. Some rooms include a seating area to relax in after a busy day. Certain rooms have an outdoor whirlpool or views of the garden. All rooms come with a private bathroom fitted with a standing shower. We had a wonderful stay at Natra Bintan! The food and room were both excellent, but what truly made our experience stand out was the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was warm and attentive. Special thanks to Gabriel at the bar for his friendly and welcoming vibe, and to Nazarh at the restaurant for going above and beyond to make our meals memorable. We left with full hearts and can’t wait to return!

Private pool was awesome; each villa has one and is of a good size. Villa was spacious; we took 2 premier suites and a deuxe studio for 11 pax. Each villa comes with its own private pool, and an amazing bathroom. The bedding in the bedrooms was soft and comfortable. Staff is attentive and communication is done via Whatsapp which makes it super convenient. The public beach is very near. Beautiful at sunset.

Great location, right next to the ferry terminal. Very attentive and friendly staff without hovering. Got early check in and late check out without asking. Great lagoon and room right next to it. Jacuzzi worked well and room facilities good. Unlimited towels, buggy rides. Spacious room ample for one king and two single beds for the kids.

The beach is being cleaned well and is beatiful the Spa is wonderful and good value It is super quiet and close to Nature. The service is great, the staff very friendly Perfect for relax and disconnect

Beautiful setting. Great for the children. Lovely pool, overlooking the sea. A great green space for children to run around. A very relaxing stay. The waves were quite strong for young children but good fun to jump/boogie board.

Location was peaceful and relaxing. Clean environment. Wide open space. A super clean and quiet beach very nearby. Minimart and few eateries around to quench your stomach. Huge villa. Clean and beautiful. Staff we’re super on dot to response. Free shuttle to and fro from ferry terminal. Late check out was given! Early check in too!
