Offering the largest outdoor pool in Southeast Asia, Natra Bintan is situated in Treasure Bay in the Bintan Region. There is a restaurant and guests can have fun at the water park and games room. We had a wonderful stay at Natra Bintan! The food and room were both excellent, but what truly made our experience stand out was the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was warm and attentive. Special thanks to Gabriel at the bar for his friendly and welcoming vibe, and to Nazarh at the restaurant for going above and beyond to make our meals memorable. We left with full hearts and can’t wait to return!

Housing a restaurant and a beachfront bar, The Spa Villa Bintan offers a tropical retreat with kayaking facilities and water sports activities available at its sister resort. Everything was perfect. We appreciate all of hospitality. Staffs were so kind with warm smile, free pick up transportation from ferry terminal, clean and peaceful location, delicious food, comfy room. We'll certainly come back here to stay longer. We especially love the pool, this is definitely infinity pool!
