We found the hotel's staff at breakfast to be considerate and friendly every morning, and there was a whole lot of vegetarian options each morning. The breakfast is amazing overall, and the setting,especially outdoors, is truly enjoyable. The property itself is worth exploring, beautifully designed with expansive gardens and traditional details. The gym is small but equipped with everything you need and everyone seemed to enjoy the swimming pools.

The facilities they have provided were exceptional! I highly recommended to stay at their villa especially when you have a toddler with you. They even have a kids room which they love.

I stayed here in September, and honestly, it was one of those trips where everything just felt right from the moment I walked through the door. The staff were incredibly kind, fast, helpful, the kind of hospitality that feels very Indonesian in the best way. And Fauzan (bellhop) assisted me with my heavy luggage during check-out, and I really appreciated his help.

The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and a big private terasse. There is a Lush garden. We were welcomed by friendly staff. Thank Yono and Sri for taking such good care of us. I had lovely night staying at Sheraton, I chose to stay with pool view . It was such a heritage building, the vibes and the architecture are absolute gems. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The food was amazing, and the price was so worth it to the facilities and perks that we got.
