The location is amazing, nestle in a cove by the fjords is an idyllic setting. Service, food, people very friendly and welcoming, the best thing for me was the peat fire burning In guests areas and the lobby.

The house was spacious and very comfortable and clean. We were greeted warmly by our host who pointed out all the attractions available in the area and even treated us to a bottle of wine on arrival which was a lovely touch

Claregalway Hotel is situated just outside of Galway in Claregalway village. It has a restaurant, a leisure centre with a gym and pool, and spacious air-conditioned rooms. Clean and tidy also had a gym and pool

On the shores of Galway Bay, just a 5 minute drive from the M6 and a 10-minute drive to Galway city and Galway Airport, this 4-star hotel offers luxurious rooms, leisure facilities including an indoor... It was really a good stay fully worth its money. The lobby is very cozy with a fireplace where you can get yourself warm in nasty weather. The room was big and clean with all the utilities in good shape. Comfy beds made us well rested after the long road. While the pool might need some renovation, it was very well maintained, water samples were taken 2 times while we were there. There is also a small kids pool as well as some swimming stuff available for babies. They also do require caps in the pool, which are available for sale though for a very fair price. The restaurant on site was also great with a very decent kitchen and calm, relaxing atmosphere.

The Connacht Hotel is located close to Lough Atalia, 1.5 miles from the city centre. It boasts a leisure centre with a 20-metre pool, spacious rooms, free Wi-Fi, and free parking. We loved everything about the Connacht! From the accessibility to the fitness and pool area, the check in process and the room-it was fantastic! The hotel restaurant and bar staff were our favorite part of our trip. They were all so friendly, accommodating and made our experience so memorable. Each and every staff member was so helpful, joyful and caring. We can’t wait to come back!

The Lady Gregory Hotel is close to Coole Park Gardens and offers full Irish breakfasts, a restaurant, and a bar. This is an exceptional hotel. If you like warm rooms, this is the place. We often stay in hotels in ireland and uk and find the rooms too cold. Not at Lady Gregory.. Great welcoming staff here as well.

In Athenry, east of Galway, the friendly Raheen Woods Hotel serves good food and has leisure facilities for kids and adults, including a swimming pool, gym and hot tub. Dinner options were excellent. The room, comfortable and quiet. Facilities very good.

Overlooking the famous Salthill Promenade, Galway Bay and the Clare Hills, this elegant hotel features a 25-metre swimming pool, a whirlpool, and a large gym. Really nice stay here. Room very comfortable and lovely swimming and sauna facilities. The breakfast was also one of the nicest we've had and we have stayed in some nice hotels. Would definitely stay here again...
