Very friendly and professional staff, they let us changing the room because was difficult for me (bad knee) to get to the first one with the luggage. The staff were professional and very helpful, from the reception to the housekeeping staff. We had a problem with our room thermostat, and the duty manager was amazing and so friendly and resolved the issue so efficiently, and we appreciated that we were given a discount for the night.
