The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful, specially day shift at the reception! Neat, tidy, clean and modern rooms with daily attendance of housekeeping staff, all the amenities needed. Would definitely recommend it for a stay. The breakfasts were delicious with a big variety of food choices: english, irish and continental. This luxury boutique-style hotel is located in Ballsbridge, 1.5 miles from Dublin city centre. It offers stylish rooms with free Wi-Fi, comfortable beds and Nespresso coffee machines. Super cozy and not too far from the centre. Staff was lovey and helpful. I loved the lady who was around the breakfast room in the morning, she was so so lovely.
