The Muckross Hotel is a great place to stay in Killarney National Park. It is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway with spa access and beautiful nature around. The staff are all extremely welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. The breakfast included is superb with a buffet and hot food you can choose to order. We also had dinner in the pub a few times and an afternoon tea in the Monk's Lounge. Both were great. The hotel also offers complimentary bikes you can reserve which is great to explore the park.

We slept better here than anywhere we stayed in Ireland. It was quiet and very clean. It felt like home. Its a couple miles off the main road, but very easy driving even in dark. The owners put alot of pride and effort in every detail and being organized. We would love to stay longer than one night if ever we travel to this area of Ireland again.
