Loved it! So impressed. We were part of a large wedding booking and the team absolutely delivered! A most magical wedding, all helped by the outstanding JW team Shout-out Rahul Das from In-room Dining! Some delicious bits on that menu and friendly service. Rohit from the gym is outstanding! Excelent! No complains aplicable. The facilities are simply marvelous, gym, sauna, rooms, restaurant - the chef himself speaks with the guests. The staff is incredible, very kind, professional and supportive. They went so far as to go to the farmacy for some last minute medicine I needed. A great place to recharge and enjoy yourself.

Beautiful place, fantastic team especially Raveena, Reagan and Utsab from management team and Rahul and Pooja from housekeeping. They all were available all the time to assist. Few maintenance related points are already shared as feedback with them, however these seem negligible compared to the amazing experience we have had. We were in awe of how serene and beautiful everything was and they did fulfill all the requests we have had.

The property was way better than my expectations, apart from that, the Estate manager, Mr. Anant, our Butler, Patrick, and our super start Chef Sanjay and the team took great care. The love and smile that they gave you were outstanding. Breakfast was the best part, customisation variety of options and menu and the food quality and flavours all were excellent.

The hotel was set back off the main road and beach in a secluded area of town. The hotel was very green and quiet, with a lovely pool area to relax in. We changed to this hotel last minute and the staff were very welcoming and helpful.
