Everything is perfect and so well run here, I can’t recommend it highly enough. From the welcome by Binoy to the wonderful staff at the bungalow itself, to the walks around the plantation and everyone so friendly there, a stay to remember.

The location is excellent, right on the river Kabini. The staff were very friendly and go out of their way to make our stay comfortable.
The excursions offered are also excellent, and the facilities are pristine.

I recently stayed at this resort and had a very good experience. The hospitality was excellent, and the people working there were truly kind and helpful. They made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.
The location is beautiful, with a peaceful Kabini river view and paddy fields nearby, which add to the calm and natural atmosphere. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
One thing that really touched us was how the staff arranged a beautiful birthday setup for my daughter on very short notice. It was thoughtful, neatly done, and made the day extra special for her.
The resort is also kids-friendly, with safe areas for children to play and plenty of space for them to have fun. Families will definitely feel at ease here.
The food was another highlight. The vegetarian dishes were tasty, well-prepared, and fresh. We really enjoyed the variety offered.
Overall, this resort offers good hospitality, beautiful views, friendly staff, and great food. A perfect place for a peaceful getaway with family.

Pugmarks stay was excellent. We went with family. The location, ambience, food, stay, rooms everything was excellent. Children enjoyed the location, swimming pool etc. It was a relaxing weekend. The owner, staff all were good, supportive.

The place is situated in the midst of Jungle. You can spot wild animals (mainly elephants, deer n bisons) often near the resort. Mr. Gopa Verma was an excellent host, very friendly, welcoming n caters to needs. He also takes extra effort n suggests nice places for sightseeing. The staffs were very helpful n polite. The food was great, they cook as per our needs. The room was spacious with fire place inside the room. Bathroom was clean n well maintained. Totally a place worth for couples & Family.

A nice and beautiful boutique resort just near the kabini river breeze. All the staff are good and courteous. The room was spacious, neat and clean. A camp fire was also there after dinner. Indoor games options are available.
Very friendly staff always available any time. Room also Very big specious. One bath tub located near to bed it's create a very romantic ambience inside room. Totally recommended for everyone specially to couple.

We stayed in heritage bunglaw and it was beautiful experience, if you are staying here will recommend morning walks in and around estate, trip to viewpoint (15 min steep drive).
