The property is beautiful: lush gardens, a lovely pool, and plenty of peaceful spaces to unwind. The food was fantastic, fresh, and full of flavour. A special mention to the staff — warm, friendly, and always willing to help. They made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. We relaxed, made new friends, and genuinely didn’t want to leave. We can’t recommend this place highly enough. A perfect escape! 🌴✨

Thottungal Homestay ligger i Ernakulam, 42 km fra Kochi Biennale og 32 km fra Cochin Skibsværft, og tilbyder indkvartering med gratis wi-fi, have med en terrasse og adgang til et boblebad. Thomas and his family were extremely welcoming and kind, Thomas even took us on a short car tour of the area in the afternoon and his wife Theresa cooked me vegetarian lunch and dinner and let me prepare my own breakfast in their kitchen. The location was super peaceful and beautiful overlooking rice fields. I didn't know that it would be a 15min drive from the airport as the location on booking.com was 0km from the airport but that turned out to be an advantage because it was more quiet and in the middle of nature. The free drop-off to the airport in the middle of the night worked really well, they were even ready before the agreed time, called to see if I was awake and drove me smoothly to the domestic terminal.
