The food was also great from the restaurant and the staff were very friendly and very accommodating with all our requests. If you would like a getaway for a few days with your loved ones in Munnar, I would highly recommend this place.

The host was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was tailored to my requests, and they even prepared special drinks for my child, which were much appreciated. In the central courtyard is an ancient Mikwah, an age-old natural spring used for Jewish rituals. A very nice heritage hotel with Portuguese tiles and teak wood. The staff is beyond any praises! They fulfilled all our needs and requests!!! To be frank, not all the rooms are perfect but we were moved to another room upon request - really appreciated! The best cappuccino in town!
