It is a beautiful hotel with great staff. We felt very safe, welcome and they have great restaurants and services. We had a guided tour of the city by another company, but in hindsight we should probably have used the hotels services for this. We highly recommend using the hotels transfer services, we used it to go to the airport and Ankur who meet us at the airport was so nice and provided amazing service.

Taj Mahal, New Delhi, is a luxury 5-star deluxe hotel that has recently undergone a complete renovation, preserving its timeless appeal while incorporating contemporary charm. Incredible hotel, no money spared in the rooms or anywhere on the premises for that matter. Staff are fantastic and provide exceptional service too. 10/10, with every penny.

Very polite and helpful staff - specially Jai, who accommodated our request for an early check-in. The spa is state-of-the-art with clean hygienic facilities like steam and jacuzzi (though you have to pay extra to use the spa). Recommended.

Always warm, attentive and gracious . Sunil the manager was always quick to respond and gave us some great suggestions for visiting Haridwar sights. Of course, next time we’re staying here and not stepping out of this gem of a place
