A meticulously restored 19th century Shekhawati Haveli (private mansion), Vivaana Culture Hotel features walls with mural paintings and artefacts. This was the first hotel of our India trip where we were greeted in perfect English. The hotel is beautifully restored and decorated, with comfortable beds and good showers. The restaurant is excellent, the pool area is well-maintained - this hotel more than meets the expectations of western travellers. We also liked the fact that the hotel had a tipping box for all staff, which avoids awkwardness when not knowing how much to tip the staff for the various services provided.
