Nice that they offered some prosecco, too. Delicious coffee. The decor was unique and interesting in a good way. The room was really spacious, the bathroom in particular. The room opened to a small terrace so we could easily go out and watch for Northern lights. The front desk, per our request, called us when they were visible. The person at check-in was SO kind and very helpful. The beds were incredibly comfy and the robes were a nice tough. Really nice toiletry products. Nice duo-head shower with good water pressure. At the spa area in the changing room was the most incredible massage chair! The location by the lake was so nice - felt woodsy and remote, even though we were not far at all from the city. It was a quick drive to Sky Lagoon where we headed in the morning. I would absolutely stay here again.

You need to know where you are going to, is a hostel, shared bathrooms and only a bed. Not much space for moving around in the hub. But if you are aware of this, you have to know this place is excellent! Bed is super comfortable and big! Extremely clean and nice sheets. Bathrooms are big, clean, spacious, there is never waiting for a shower. Everything is very modern. The staff is extremely friendly. The lobby is also great! There a self service bar where you can even bring your own food and drinks and eat there. I would definitely return!

Location was close to Thingvellir (25 min out) and also close to most north/western part of the island (30min) which was great to be closer to the ocean and other towns. The house was super cute and modern with heated floors (I think). The kitchen had all the extras you could need to cook or eat with a well-stocked pantry. There was also an outdoor seating are and jacuzzi which we didn't get to use but I imagine it would be nice to sit there. It was super windy outside so the noise is kind of scary but the house did not blow away in the end hahah. it was a great stay and very comfortable place!!!
