This hotel is located about 5 minutes' walk from Harpa Concert Hall. Reykjavik Konsulat Hotel, Curio Collection By Hilton in Reykjavík features a bath house and complimentary fitness centre. This is a lovely hotel & the location was perfect, being walking distance to the shops & nightlife in the city. The room was gorgeous with framed old photos & a stone wall on one side since it was at the end of the building. They even left the exposed stone in the shower, covered by glass, which was a beautiful touch. The bed was comfortable & the shower was perfect and filled with L'Occitane products. Another nice touch was the stocked coffee station with a handsome leather caddy. Breakfast in the morning had a lovely spread and the staff was particularly attentive. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, & attentive. We felt we were treated very well at this hotel.

Decoration is beautiful, the kitchen is great and the house is very confortable. It is not that far from Reykiavik but it is in an isolated and relaxed area.

Location was close to Thingvellir (25 min out) and also close to most north/western part of the island (30min) which was great to be closer to the ocean and other towns. The house was super cute and modern with heated floors (I think). The kitchen had all the extras you could need to cook or eat with a well-stocked pantry. There was also an outdoor seating are and jacuzzi which we didn't get to use but I imagine it would be nice to sit there. It was super windy outside so the noise is kind of scary but the house did not blow away in the end hahah. it was a great stay and very comfortable place!!!

Beautiful home just outside of Reykjavík with an amazing hot tub and sauna. The house was super clean and cosy with everything you could possibly need. Agla and Haffy were amazing hosts - so responsive and helpful with everything we needed.
