This guest house is set on a family-owned, working farm with animals. Central Selfoss in southern Iceland is 7 km away. WiFi, sauna and outdoor hot tub access are free. We love the breakfast. Hosts make sure that we had enough and they were attentive until we finish eating. The breakfast has everything, cereals, seeds, pancakes, eggs, bread, meats, and so on. The place could be seen as little and simple but the truth is that once you are in, the ambient is very cozy, nice, clean and comfortable. Another thing is that is near from everywhere between the city, golden circle or if you need to go to the beach. Please not hesistate when the rooms are available. We really enjoy the sauna also!!! My family and I went to 3 different types of stays> cottage, hotels and houses in Iceland but this will keep in our hearts!!!

This hotel is set on a farm within the Golden Circle Region, 15 minutes’ drive from Gulfoss Waterfall and Geysir hot water springs. We enjoyed our stay here tremendously and wished we had more than 2 days in this amazing cottage! Emma and Oskar are the most helpful and friendly hosts! The cottage is build and decorated with so much love, you immediately feel cozy & at home. The garden is a masterpiece and a big plus is the hot tub and beautiful sauna! I also got to make friends with their cute cat ;)

We had some issues filling the hot tub but it was resolved. We bought groceries before checking in so it was perfect and we stayed for one night and enjoyed the cabin. Beds were comfortable and linens were cleaned. Highly recommended this place for short stay. Very powerful hair dryer

The communication from booking and right through our stay was brilliant from Dmitrii and Ögmundur. The cabin itself is gorgeous and the location is perfect. It’s located next to a restaurant but yet still isolated enough to enjoy your own company. The hot tub while surround by snow is surreal. I cannot fault this property one bit. We will be back and have been sharing the property details with our friends and families since we returned home.

An absolute highlight on our 2-week Iceland trip. The place is spacious and very clean, extremely comfortable and well equipped. Spent most spare time in the perfectly temperate hot tub soaking in the midnight sun and the peace this place has. Communication was very proactive and friendly, 10/10, would love to move in right away ;)
