The staff is VERY friendly and VERY professional, you can see that they enjoy working there. The food was great, the breakfast was wonderful, the lobby is fabulous, the bar and lounge were superb. The entire design and setup of the hotel is just perfect. We had a great room with glacier (lake) view. And don't get me started on the two outdoor hot tubs and the outdoor sauna: we enjoyed it until 22:00 hrs (thank you) after a long drive, and we enjoyed the next morning at 7 AM as well. WOW!

Beautifully appointed with everything to expect in a luxury home. A short drive to glacier hikes and puffin tour. It was a splurge but worth it.

Executive suites feature a balcony with a private hot tub and a king size bed. The design of the hotel when you pull up and see that black wooden siding was stunning. The decor inside impecable. Everything was super stylish. Totally on point.

An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including hiking. We ended up getting stranded for a few days due to weather-related road closures and the staff went above and beyond to help us get a room, plan our unexpected extended stay, and understand the road closure process in Iceland. Incredible staff - thank you!

We loved this amazing little cabin at the foothills of the mountains! So peaceful and relaxing. The hot tub was fantastic and had incredible views. Hosts were amazing and had 2 very friendly and playful dogs. Close to a glacier which we managed to have to ourselves after a morning hot tub. Heating and hot water in the cabin was great. Beds very comfy.
