One of the best hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying. Gorgeous architecture combined with a beautiful view from all the rooms. Amazing facilities both in the room as well as in the hotel. Wonderful hot tubs with an amazing outside sauna. Had the luck to see the northern lights as well. Very kind and helpful staff and comfy beds. A bit pricey, but definitely worth every penny.

Laugarfell Accommodation & Hot Springs is located in the Eastern Highlands and is at the border of Vatnajökull National Park. Amazing location and great dinner and breakfast! The hot pools were so nice!

I enjoyed living in a home designed by an award winning architect. Beautifully appointed with everything to expect in a luxury home. A short drive to glacier hikes and puffin tour. It was a splurge but worth it.

Fosshotel Glacier Lagoon offers luxurious accommodation in Hnappavellir. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant and hotel bar. I liked everything. The property is exactly as on the pictures, even better. Comfy rooms, hot tub, tasty food, beautiful surroundings…Wake-up call for Nothern lights was also helpful, and you can see them very clearly right from your window, if you are too lazy to go outside. Very good selection of breakfast treats - smoked salmon was so delicious! Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect stay! Would love to stay longer)

Glacier World - Hoffell Guesthouse is located in Hoffell. It offers brightly decorated rooms with free WiFi access, and view of mountains. The Route 1 Ring Road is just 3 km away. Wonderful scenery from the room, from our bed. Very comfortable bed. Nice view from breakfast. Hot tubs with a view also - wow.
