The staff was super friendly and provided a great service. There was no vegetarian option on the menu for dinner, but the chef made a vegetarian dish from scratch and it was absolutely delicious! The rest of the dinner was also fantastic. Also, after dinner we went to the hot tub outside and we were lucky enough to see very strong northern lights! The breakfast selection was also very good.

We used it a few times especially after the long drives through the Westfjords. Great location if you want to feel close to nature.

Iceland’s weather may be unpredictable, but its beauty more than makes up for it. Coming back at the end of the day to this beautiful house with stunning surroundings made our trip even more special. It felt warm and welcoming, like coming home. Our family (four siblings with our spouses) absolutely loved it—a true home away from home.
