WE loved the large , well mainatined, spacious rooms and especailly the breakfast arrangements with both indoor and outdoor dining areas .. ours favourite was the outside terrace.. and above all the diligent and attentive, Magdaelena, who prepared superb breakfasts each day and kept the whole place immacualtely clean and with such a warm and endearing character .. a real bonus for the appartment.

Villa Poeta is well located in a quiet area, an easy 10 minute flat walk into the old town. The room was light, the bed comfortable & the bathroom was large. Everything was clean & in perfect order. The breakfast was excellent. The best part of the stay was undoubtably the hospitality of Maria Teresa the host. She was attentive, caring & helpful. She proudly baked the cakes, prepared the coffee or tea & catered for whatever allergy or preference one may have. She struck us as a very hard worker who should be proud of what she has achieved. She was delightful.

My stay at the Airbnb in Caporciano was absolutely unforgettable. The place is truly out of the ordinary, almost like staying in a living museum. The environment was very welcoming, with a homely feeling that made you feel right at ease. Breakfast was one of the highlights: varied, with fresh, local products that truly reflected the hosts’ care in every detail. Speaking of which, the service was exceptional. The people who run the place are extremely friendly, always willing to help with any need, and showed incredible professionalism without losing their personal touch. I felt that every moment of my stay was special and unique. I sincerely hope that others have the chance to experience this wonderful stay at this charming Airbnb in Caporciano, Italy.
