The place was spotlessly clean, which made us feel comfortable and at ease right away. The breakfast was simple but abundant, featuring delicious pastries and fresh coffee—a perfect way to start each day. Our room was spacious and cozy, providing all the comfort we needed after exploring the area. The location is superb, right in the heart of everything, making it easy to reach all the main attractions. One of the highlights of our stay was the private tour they offered. While it's possible to explore the area and its surrounding (such as Positano, Sorrento, etc.) independently, having a knowledgeable local guide made a huge difference. Felice (our guide/the owner) was able to give us insider tips and tailored the experience to our preferences, allowing us to set our own pace and visit places based on his recommendations. It was truly special and far better than a standard, timed tour. The warmth and hospitality of the family running this place really made our trip memorable. They were always available to help, making us feel genuinely welcome. I would absolutely stay here again, not just for the fantastic accommodation, but for the amazing people who make it feel like home. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was lovely, great parking - they parked the car for us then we just called 10 mins before we needed it. Walking distance to lots of lovely restaurants. Close to the Circumves. train. Great restaurants close by (loved Franco Pizzaria)

Antonio Luigi and Giovanni were very friendly, checkin was done remotely, the suite is very well designed, comfortable, chic and modern. Location is great as well, nothing to complain. We are definitely coming back.

The location is perfect for the two main roads in Naples, Spaccanapoli and Toledo. It was an easy walk to the Beverello port to catch a ferry. Our host was easy to reach and so very nice. The room was sparkling clean and modern. Having the hot tub was a major plus considering all the walking we did in the city!

Exceptionally clean and shower pressure is strong, perfect to come back to after exploring the city. Location is perfect— there is so many cafes, barber shops, restaurants, etc. a walking distance. The famous pizza de michele is a 10 minute walk and a michelin restaurant is a 3 minute walk. The owner was very accommodating and is easy to communicate with.
