Judith and Mario were very hospitable and welcoming to La MeSenda. They recommended local places to eat Sardinian food and local places to visit. Beautiful and peaceful location in the countryside. Room was well equipped with personal touches which was lovely. Lots of outdoor space and nearby walks to historical sites.

Featuring a wellness and fitness centre, Tenuta Pilastru Country Resort & Spa offers a garden and sun terrace with free outdoor pool. On arrival we had the friendliest of welcomes, and then shown to our room. The facilities available to us were pointed out on route, and we booked a table at the restaurant, which we found to be amazing. The staff were all fantastic, breakfast spread is incredible and the evening meal, outside with far reaching views and the sun setting: couldn't be happier. The resort is very spacious and you can always find a spot for a piece of solitude.

Offering views of the Maddalena Archipelago at the horizon, Li Finistreddi is set on a green hill in northern Sardinia. The grounds of the hotel are beautifully landscaped creating a total oasis. The way the hotel is built is very thoughtful to ensure a spectacular view from every room. During our short stay we enjoyed the pools and the sauna in the spa. Breakfast was amazing. The rooms were comfortable and the staff professional and welcoming. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Located in the natural beauty of the Gallura countryside, the hotel is surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, granite rocks and Mediterranean vegetation, which combine to produce a wonderful vista. The rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful. Amazing pool. Lovely front desk staff, especially Cintia who helped us with some issues with our rental car. Dinner was delicious. Views are spectacular.

L'Ea Bianca Luxury Resort has everything you need for a holiday in real luxury. Set on a gentle hillside it boasts fantastic views across the sea to La Maddalena islands. Firstly and most importantly a HUGE thank you to the wonderful staff: Cristina & Team at Front Desk for their brilliant service from a very late check in, organising a tour, providing guest services to shower when we had a late flight after check out, to being on hand to answer a whole load of Qs we had. All with patience and a friendly smile! Lino our poolside attendant who discreetly ensured our comfort while soaking up the beautiful rays! Mirko, Giovanni, Zuzanna who looked after us at breakfast & dinner - no words can truly convey the exceptional service level & hospitality we were given it was first class! Patricia, Riccardo & Flavio who manage the bar and were a daily delight to us with their welcoming nature and ability to make us feel like VIPs every day! Paula the GM who courteously made time to speak with us and ensure we were enjoying our stay! We have stayed in many luxury hotels in our lifetime; most hit the mark, a few use the word ‘luxury’ simply to get more business and the standard is anything but. I can honestly say L’Ea Bianca Luxury Resort is out of this world on every level. Superb location (only 30 mins drive from Olbia Airport), nestled by the sea and mountain range amidst beautifully kept vegetation, beautifully spacious and comfortable rooms with a huge bed, bathroom (and DOUBLE waterfall/free standing shower facilities!), big balcony with pool/sea view, water bottles provided each day and super quick facilities for cleaning the room each day and carrying out the turndown service each night. I would recommend opting for the half board - the evening meals are a la carte fine dining style, delicious, flavoursome and filling! Initially we booked breakfast only as we intended to go out each evening to sample the local cuisine however this is ideal if you’ve rented a car (we hadn’t) and are comfortable driving on the right (we aren’t!).

With our children and grandchildren (8 adults, 6 children), we had a fantastic week at vila Amira. A beautiful house with enough privacy for everyone, great views of the sea and behind us the rocks, a lovely pool, beautifully landscaped garden, opportunities for sports and games, all of us eating outside at the big table. A real pleasure.

The apartment is large, new and nicely decorated. It feels homely and is very comfortable. We loved the large terrace with a dining table for sunny breakfasts in the morning with beautiful sea and mountain views. We stayed there for a week as a family and had a relaxing time. We cooked every dinner and most lunches, and the kitchen was great. There isn't an oven, but we didn't need one. Two supermarkets right by the house were super convenient. We both used the swimming pool and explored a variety of beaches nearby. It was just our family at the pool, which was awesome. Also, unlike other beaches in Sardinia that are full of people, Cunnigione beaches aren't as busy. You have a variety of pretty coves for snorkeling, some with stones others with sand. The village has a great evening market every night, and our kids loved bumper cars and trampolines at the night faire. The hosts were also responsive and helpful.

Staff was amazing and attentive (and provided ample restaurant recommendations - thanks Valentina and Teresa!), breakfast was amazing and the facilities were gorgeous. Cascioni is an unbelievable eco retreat with lovely facilities that make you relax the moment you step foot on the property. We enjoyed a massage and multiple meals - one of the highlights was the welcome party the hotel threw for all guests and friends of the hotel, complete with live jazz band and delicious bites and wine!
