Absolutely everything was exceptional. The villa suite was incredible with beautiful views and total privacy. The staff was so helpful and quick to respond to any request. The staff was exceptional, from the beginning of our stay through the end. The welcome aperitif and chocolates were a nice touch to transition to the calm of the resort. The personal note in the room was appreciated. Cristina (front desk) was very attentive. Gianluca was excellent in attending us at breakfast and dinner as were the captains in the dining room. The gardens were attended with meticulous care, and the housekeeping staff was so efficient. The lifeguards were pleasant and the spa services were excellent. The Lunaria restaurant was also a joy to experience. So much to say about how wonderful our visit was. Thank you to the staff, who really can make the difference!

We enjoyed a massage and multiple meals - one of the highlights was the welcome party the hotel threw for all guests and friends of the hotel, complete with live jazz band and delicious bites and wine!
