Boasting a fitness centre and views of city, Vi Suites is a recently renovated aparthotel set in Viareggio, 200 metres from Viareggio Beach. We stayed for six nights in early August in a room with a sofa bed, which was the perfect size for me, my wife, and our son. The hotel is just one block from the beach and has a partnership with a fantastic beach club, La Pia, which made our seaside days even better. From the moment I booked, communication was excellent. I received a welcome message with basic information, and closer to our arrival date, they sent clear instructions for self check-in in case we arrived after 7:30 PM. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted at reception. The room was spacious, spotless, and felt brand new. It had a large bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, strong air conditioning, plenty of storage space, a comfortable bed, and everything was impeccably clean. The hotel staff were consistently attentive and helpful throughout our stay. There’s also a gym and a jacuzzi on-site, which were great additions. The location is ideal, with excellent restaurants nearby. While breakfast isn’t served at the hotel, there are great cafés just a block away and a supermarket close by if you prefer to eat in your room. We absolutely loved our stay and left wishing we could stay longer—not just because of the hotel, but also because of the charm of the city and the beauty of the beach. Highly recommended!

They even upgraded our room, which was such a thoughtful gesture and exactly what we needed after a very very stressful day. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable — a true breath of fresh air. The whole hotel had a calm, well-kept atmosphere that made it easy to relax. Everyone we interacted with was kind and efficient, and even though we could only stay one night (as they were fully booked after), we would have happily stayed longer. Also worth mentioning — the prices for poolside snacks and drinks were fair and reasonable, which is refreshing to see at a hotel, especially after such a last-minute booking. The property was filled with trees and flowers that smelled so good. This stay turned our day around and reminded us what good hospitality looks like. Highly recommend!

Both a bicycle rental service and a car rental service are available at Podere Maremma Spa & Ristorante, while cycling can be enjoyed nearby. The staff were extremely lovely and accommodating. We travelled with our 1yo son and everything was prepared for him in the room. We loved the breakfast set up - it’s served in a beautiful winter garden next to their orchard. The restaurant is nice and convenient, both for couples and families.
